This conclusion might be due to medium on which I ‘discovered’ Wilde. My trusty iPhone, and the ‘Stanza‘ App. Stanza + Project Gutenberg make hundreds of classic titles available for FREE. The app is easy to use, has lots of features, but the default is perfect. Reading Wilde on a phone would be the last way I intended to waste time on my lunch break, but this is my new reality, my friends.
